From the only known early written history of the chapter:

"This chapter's record of social service work has been most outstanding. The chapter participates in all the activities of the City Panhellenic of which it is a member. Many of the members have given much of their time and energy in serving Tri Sigma in some form of national work. In addition to all of the Tri Sigma work, these faithful Sigmas along with all the members of this group devote much time to a multitude of other community activities. Certainly no more need be said to prove the love and devotion these fine Sigmas hold for Tri Sigma and for each other."



Foundation Donations

Foundation donations in honor or in memory of someone are always welcome. When you make a individual donation to the Foundation, please specify each time to also credit the Denver Area Alumnae chapter.


King Soopers Gift Certificates

King Soopers Gift Certificates are a major source of chapter operation income. The $100 certificates are sold at face value and redeemable at face value. Certificates will be available at every meeting. They make great gifts, too. This is an easy way to help support our chapter!
HOW TO HELP: You can purchase certificates at our meeting, or if you can't/don't attend meetings, Liz Alme or Sheryl Dahm will arrange for you to get them.

Recent projects:

  • Denver alumnae and collegiate members of Eta Pi set up well-stocked craft stations for patients and families waiting for appointments in different areas of the hospital, March 2009 (see News page)
  • Through a Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation grant, a Pac-Man/Galage table top game was purchased for use in Children's Hospital Emergency Department, 2008
  • DAP Phantom Tea Scholarship Fundraiser for High School Students, Spring 2008
