Sigma Sigma Sigma
Denver Area Alumnae Chapter History

The chapter was founded on February 12, 1921 by eight alumnae of Iota chapter and gradually added other members from Iota as well as Sigma, Tau, Mu, Pi, Alpha Psi, Alpha Epsilon, and Zeta chapters in the early years.

From the only known early written history of the chapter:

"This chapter's record of social service work has been most outstanding. The chapter participates in all the activities of the City Panhellenic of which it is a member. Many of the members have given much of their time and energy in serving Tri Sigma in some form of national work. In addition to all of the Tri Sigma work, these faithful Sigmas along with all the members of this group devote much time to a multitude of other community activities. Certainly no more need be said to prove the love and devotion these fine Sigmas hold for Tri Sigma and for each other."
